Skat is a card game played against computer-controlled opponents. The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. No registration or user account is required. Game progress, statistics, and settings are kept temporarily on your device only.
However, the App integrates third-party services that may collect certain data:
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (banner ads and occasional full-screen ads between games) to fund its free operation. AdMob may collect:
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for personalized advertising, or our legitimate interest in funding the free offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for non-personalized advertising. If you have purchased the "Ad-free" in-app purchase, no advertisements are loaded or displayed anymore.

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently removes advertising. The purchase is processed entirely by the app store through which you installed the App (Google Play or Apple App Store):

After purchasing the "Ad-free" option, the App no longer displays any advertising; consent for personalized ads then no longer applies.

We do not store any personal data on our servers. Data collected by the third-party services (Google, Apple) — including the purchase record for the in-app purchase — is subject to their respective retention policies.
Game progress, statistics, and settings are kept in memory only and discarded when you close the App; they are not stored permanently.
